photoAurora / Naperville and Channahon Gym member Matt Shapiro will be making his MMA pro debut at the UIC Pavilion Nov 22 for the XFO MMA Promotion www.XFOmma.com. Matt will be facing Alex Lagunas. Matt began training MMA with Miguel Torres in 2009. After moving back to the Naperville area he began training at our Aurora / Naperville and Channahon gym in 2011.  Matt is a well rounded fighter and uses effective Wrestling, Muay Thai, Boxing and Jiu-Jitsu to win his fights.
